6:43 am in Asia and on to day 6. This will be my most difficult test. Can't remember the last Friday I didn't drink, probably at least 2 years ago. Feel confident now but come the end of my work day it know where my mind will be and what it will be battling.

tips: skip the diet, feed yourself well and with as much junk as possible.

try not to dwell on the horrid stuff you've done, the guilts are the worst part by far. I wish i had the strength so many of you do but i'm just not sure I do.
