Dee -- what do you have in mind? You've made me curious!

While I'm busy dividing trailmix over dogsleds, I need to know --

Ready, should we save some snacks for the elves?

Taz, thank goodness you're driving -- don't let Napster take the wheel, he thinks it's a stunt car!

I won't be shy as will have a head covered with scarves and balaclavas

I prefer to use carrier moths, not great on payload capability but so much more surreal than a dowdy old stamp.

LOL I'm just an old hippy Courage - Hours of the Grateful Dead live and Jefferson Airplane might get old for everyone else real fast

Have a good weekend everyone

Dee I am an old Deadhead myself so we can do a singalong -- in 1980 I threw a dozen roses to Jerry Garcia from the front row of someplace in New Jersey -- I think.

I don't remember it too well --those were pretty drugged-up days (years) -- but that person's still in me somewhere. It's kind of interesting to root around in my dusty psychic attic, finding trash & forgotten treasures.

Congratulations Napster! What a beautiful image:

Yeah, going to one of the few places on earth colder than here doesn't sound like a vacation to me. Who goes somewhere colder in winter? Crazy Scots.

Also, if you can't agree on road music, then put on Creedence.

Gonzo you have no sense of adventure We're going to the Arctic circle, the home of Father Christmas -think I'm more excited than my 4 year old.
I'm not a Scot, just live here. Maybe a bit crazy though

Great news on the new job Napster.

You've lost me all on the music-bit before my time

As always,Happy sober Saturday everyone

OMG Ready I just looked at pictures of Lapland! Even on this psychic trip, I'm going to need more furs!

Plus, you're not a Scot? Woman of mystery, what else are you not telling us?

Morning all! How is the virtual road trip? I would quietly sit in the back listening to my iPhone and ask to stop to pee every hour.

Napster, awesome news on the job! Sending you happy new job vibes! You're going to do great.

RAL, you're from England, right? Have fun in the arctic. OMG. There is so a reason I live in Florida. Lol

Courage, how is it going? Are you still pursuing a friendship with you sponsor?

Hiya Marria, Taz, gonzo and Dee!

We are packing today and leave early tomorrow. Right now I'm waiting for a friend to come by so we can walk her through the pet experience. Lol

My sponsor just had eye surgery so I haven't talked to her as much but I have been hitting a lot of meetings. And have been talking to my greysheets sponsor (compulsive overeating). I've been a tad crabby and I think it's because of the not eating between meals.... Oy vey.

Everyone have a lovely weekend!

Tam that's great news about getting to 11 months! Sorry I'm late with my congratulations..

RAL I think it's so exciting that you are off to Lapland. I loved all those years with Santa Claus and the kids, especially Christmas Eve putting out carrots for the reindeers and milk for Santa. Now you're even closer to the magic

Napster well done on your new job, I hope it goes really well.

I'm enjoying sitting in by the fire these nights watching tv and being much, much calmer. I'm also pushing myself to socialize more and making some new friends, all good despite the old voice saying 'Don't bother and what's the point??'

Hi Dee, Gonzo, Taz, Courage. I hope your weekend is relaxing and fun xxx
