LOL I've noticed that too Dave - it's an old feature but someone must have plugged it back in

I keep envisioning lofty in his hard hat trying to put up the doors to his office. Anyone ever seen bob the builder children series. " BOB the builder...can he do it....yes he can!" Theme song! Go lofty Go!

((Dave)) Those are hugs for your bummer mood today. Hope you have a better evening. The Bachelor is on, I'm sure that will help.

Oh yes..we were big Bob the Builder watchers when the kiddos were little. Board game, t-shirts, etc. Cute series. I like that visual of Lofty and the hard hat!

Oh man, frances, you're mostly dog friends and she won't tell you anything?? Screw her! lol..jk. (kinda, not really.) My gut tells me your gut is spot on. And my gut knows guts. Glad you're not gettin sucked in.

Speaking of sucking in guts, I thought the dresses were very pretty last night, pbc. Being the fashionista of the group, I'm surprised you let Billy Crystal deter you from the gowns. I'm gonna watch Joan Rivers rip on em later tonight on E!.

How are you, aussie?? I have a picture for you later. Hopefully tomorrow.

P.S. Have I told you lately that I love y'all? Cuz I do.

Happy for Happy Aussie!

Dave feel better!

I worked HARD today and moved some big rocks forward. Whoooo--eee, is this what productive success is going to be like?

New job came in, having first call on it Wed, fingers crossed.
Skype interview Wed with an agency looking for writers, toes crossed.
Started doing social media campaign pro bono for a sustainability conference, need someone else's fingers
Got a second presenters gig for my women's networking group, anybody got some spare toes we can cross?
Attending a "Business Image" thingy tomorrow night where I'll be one of the guinea pigs having my professional look evaluated. WE'RE GONNA NEED MORE TOES!

Everything's crossed for you, Frances! Although, you realize, you don't need any of it ... they'll all see how wonderful you are and be BEGGING to snatch you up!

Fantastic stuff, Frances! All my fingers and toes are crossed for ya, but you don't need any of 'em. Keep it going, and keep telling. You are inspiring me.

Both doors are up. Now, trim, sheet rock finishing, paint and hardware. Need to take it easy tomorrow to prep for appt in the afternoon. Need to make some mulah.

Yep, I'm Bob the Builder. Always have been. Love it, but it doesn't pay well when you do it for yourself. I should put a second coat of mud on tonight, but probably wont

PBC, I agree with your take on the Oscars. I like Crystal, but he was a little full of himself. And, I'm not one on celebrating celebrities. There are a lot of uncelebrated heroes I'd rather celebrate. Sorry, gang, just not into it.

Glad your friend didn't make it over, Mirage. And I agree with you on Frances' "friend". She's probably sensing Frances' good heart and trying to take advantage of it. My sense as well.

Have a great evening all!

Have you guys ever taken medication for anything since you've been sober that has affected your head? I have something today that I think is a muscle spasm or pull or something in my upper back, like my right shoulder blade. I've never taken one before, but I took one of my husband's muscle relaxers he had in case he throws his back out and it made me super dizzy right away. I laid down and fell asleep for 10 min and then felt better. It didn't do much for the pain, so 6 hours later, I took 1/2 a vicodin to see if it would help. I don't know if I'm sorta recovering from that, or if I'm just tired, but I'm all crabbed out, like I could really use another one. I won't, but I have that feeling. I'll be fine, and I'll just take ibuprofen tomorrow if I still need something, cuz neither of em worked very well for the pain. Not enough to warrant taking any more. I just have that feeling like I'd really like a buzz right now. I'm tired. I know that's it. F***!

K, I'm done.

Feel better Mirage!

For muscle pains like in my shoulder blade, I like alternating a hot pack and cold pack (frozen peas). And rolling on a tennis ball if you have one.

Early to bed, early to rise. Thanks for the all the encouragement! Today is going to be a long full day. One hour at a time!
