Hey, Decembrists! All is well here, headed on a vacation for a week tomorrow without computer. Pretty sick from pregnancy, which makes it damn easy not to drink! Thinking of you all...MJ

Glad things are starting to level out, Nota. I just puttered around the house and yard most of the day, sprucing things up a bit. Good way to bring the vacation to a close. It will be nice to get back to work tomorrow. I look forward to seeing what surprises the week brings me. Hope you all have a good week too!

Bought a new coffee pot a week ago with my no drinking savings.

Its excellent, best one Ive ever had...keeps the brewing water at precisely 200 degrees and
sprays the water (not drips) onto the ground coffee. Perfect pot in 2 minutes.

But.... my addiction counselor told me yesterday I am drinking too much coffee and should cut back?

EEEKKK!

Yoo hoo! I am full of lobster and ice cream and ginger ale. Good times! As I have always dreamed of, I don't even care if my husband drinks beer. This vacation is making me positively RELAXED! Wow. Thinking of you all, and enjoying your blog posts, R&A!

lol, I hope you didn't have lobster, ice cream, and ginger ale all at the same time... That really is great news about your indifference to whether he drinks.

Hooped, glad to hear you're sailing along. Why was the counselor advising that--because she thinks the coffee effects you in some way that makes you more prone to relapse, or because she just thinks people shouldn't drink that much coffee?

Just finished a couple hours of work after putting the kiddo to bed. Now it's off to dreamland myself.... Onward and upward, guys!
