much better today.....got some decent sleep...in a better mood....it is pouring rain, so i will not be guilted into doing any garden work...i need to go to work and prepare for my new student groups that start tomorrow....I can't whine about it because I should be grateful for the extra $$$$. Money can't buy happiness but it sure can relieve a lot of stress....when you can pay the bills life is a bit easier to navigate.
no ice-cream for me today, the sugar free blue bunny is as far as i can go with some strawberries on it.
I hope everyone is feeling well....I haven't heard about any bad vaccines???

Glad you are feeling better Fandy, and yea for no gardening guilt.
Boo for the ice cream conversation! Now I WANT some! I totally got sucked into trying the Samoan cookie ice cream. Yes, it was amazing. And yes, I ended up buying it again. And yes, now I run and hide from the frozen food section at the store.
Ozy, don't be worried! It will be okay. The vaccine stuff sounds scary, but I'm sure Dee is right and you would have already been sick if it were going to happen.

Oz - stop it, you are not old. Old is 15 years older than we are right now. Always will be.

This has been a marathon food and whine weekend for me...remember the lunch I had with a friend yesterday? I had commented that my meal tasted different. Friend sent me an email with a possible explanation:

i took out the wrongcoffee to start my day....i grabbed a de-caff. K-cup...wondered why I kept closing my eyes as I fed the cats....i quickly switched to dark-roast extra caffiene hazelnut....i cant spell this early.
only weather and workout whines today...it is raining cats and dogs, thunder all last night...i have to get to work, it's a busy day and i'm by myself in theoffice with 2 new groups of students...it's the end of the year, we all wish it was over...me especially, I have to now start configuring grades for my last groups....
my work partner called me over the weekend, his surgery was not an easy thing...they did not discharge him until saturday and then just to rehab for PT...he cant go home for a week...i probably won't see him until June....which means i can barely take a day off, so I'll be working again next weekend too....
I need to take my car in for some maint....i refuse to do it on a Saturday.
