Teaching in the morning.Hopefully our contractor meets us around 1pm tomorrow afternoon and gives us some good numbers. The boss dude quit on us before even starting the job but Mexican Dude wants to take it anyway so he's supposed to give us 2 numbers... one all inclusive... one with labor only and we pay materials. I really want that upstairs space converted to usable living space. A place away from the kids but still here .We like MD's work anyway. Boss dude was somewhat blind and very messy with the grout and painting. MD is the craftsman. Crossing fingers that I can start planning another bathroom and picking out a bamboo floor. Update tomorrow.

Listening to speaker tapes since I didn't get to a meeting tonight. Still feeling crappy but I do remember feeling crappy and messed up and grateful I'm not there today. Been on the phone with my sponsor and a friend in program, really reaching out because I am feeling so crummy. No thoughts of using, its really not even an option today, but really feeling out of sorts since I didn't make a meeting. Also reading from my little red book the first 164 pages of the BB.

Good night Believe. I hope you start feeling better soon. You're on antibiotics? They should start to kick in within a day or two I would think. Rest, fluids...reading your BB and calling a sponsor or friend seems like a good option to get you through while you're not feeling well.
Too tired to cook anything spectacular so just eating some McCann's oatmeal. Warm filling and somewhat healthy if you over look the pat of butter, 1/2 and 1/2 and ton of sugar I sprinkled on top. It is so comforting... I'm taking it to bed and watching some TV or perhaps reading a few quotes from

Aiming for making the 7:10 power at the gym... then heading to teach my own power at a small studio. Hopefully I wake early enough to shower and leave here by 6:30am. This instructor is a master Baron Baptiste teacher and kicks ass! I need a good class like that to kick start this upcoming holiday week of frenzied cooking along with teaching and kid stuff.
