However; my sponsor just had a drastic back surgery...they went in through the
abdomen in front...she is healing up okay...but it will be weeks before she could
do yoga. I'll save the link!

So not to fall into his cycle of what usually turns into a week and a 1/2 of threats of divorce I am ignoring his ridiculousness
. If he asks a question... like is the camera charged (we have to go to the boys T day assembly and feast at school soon)... just a quick to the point answer. Curt maybe but better than getting involved in his merry go round of emotional games. I say this now... remind me later when I am in tears please .
I'll be back soon.... gotta got to the school to see my little cutie pies. At least they won't turn out like him. Well at least Detention Boy is sweet... demon jr has a mean streak that I worry over but he is sweet most of the time.

Fukk the CD I re-put (is that a word?) back on both my ipods is skipping. Now I have to delete it again and get a replacement for it. I love this CD for teaching gentle or hatha classes too... also for listening to at bedtime . Argh!
