Oh yeah... I am supposed to be sleeping and resting for the trip tomorrow. Plus I do have to teach 2 classes in the evening after tromping through the woods. Night! Again!!!

Hi Wackadoo,
I respect your decision about the lunch time classes.Thank you for letting me know.At this point it frees up some precious time I need during the upcoming holiday season so I am grateful that we are in agreement on this. Hopefully our schedules will meet and I can teach on a day and time that is mutually agreeable and beneficial to all of us: the whole of the Yoga Above community, yourself and well as myself. Looking forward to finding a more workable class time in the near future.

We made it out alive.
Took a hot shower to get the rain and mud off of me... plus tick check.
After I get the pix off the camera some Advil and off to teach the pre teen/teen class... then driving to another place to teach power. Not feeling very powerful today but I'm sure the adrenaline will kick in once I start the music and get people ujayi breathing.
Tired cold and achey.
Laters peeps.

Back is actually a whole lot better (at least today anyway) - started seeing a chiropractor./ Frizen Western Drs dont even like to talk about chiropractic, accupuncture/pressure etc./et al.
