Well, I just heard a loud noise outside and I go out to look and a huge tree on side of my house decided to lose a super large limb, falling onto my property and half across the street. Just my friggin luck, hey when it rains it pours, you know. Well I call the damn husband (it is his house too) and he tells me oh well, call the town and see what they can do, goodbye. I want to say the f word right now, but I'm trying not too. So I will call the town and see if they will clean it up without charging me to do so. I need a meeting!!!!!!

I know Stoney and believe me I'm so glad no one was driving on the street or walking when it fell. People walk all the time around here, Thank God no one was. Or that it didn't damage mine or my neighbors property. I hate my husband even more today, I was talking to my daughter last night and I said I can't believe I married him and she said no mom he was never like this before, he really changed. He has become an insensitive, all about himself, bast*rd.

If I knew how to work a chainsaw, maybe firewood, but then again my kids would probably burn the house down starting a fire.

That bit I quoted is actually out of ....how it works, I find it useful at times.....we avoid retaliation or argument. Difficult to do at times but worth it!! Hope you feel calmer Believe. I need to get things done....see you all later X

I've tried it on my toughest...and I mean toughest, hardest, gut wrenching resentments,
and it has worked for me..I had to start out usually by saying.."Help me be willing to be
willing".. lol.
Have to go now.
I'll be taking my 3 year token from my sponsor and cake tonight at home group from
sponsor..it has been quite a ride!

Just got back from meeting, no I didn't share but I did talk out my problems with 2 friends in the rooms. Stopped at store and looked,oops didn't buy newspaper, and saw a job opening, made the phone call and left a message. Well, keeping my fingers crossed.

You have a lot of stuff going on...and "life happens"..this way just when we are doing
well sometimes. A lot times, it seems. I feel for you. Remember that people in
meetings don't have their lives "all together" either. If you need to share openly, do it.
It is good you talked with a few f2f peeps. And thank God for SR!
