this is going to be one busy summer! i'm getting some part-time jobs now, and then all the other stuff i agreed to do.. yikes, a little over extended....

walmart and groceries this morning, babysitting this afternoon. no time for WINDEX!

LOL!
put a nice roast in the crock pot, and enjoyed a cup of coffee in the garden. i have overplanted my garden - ha! i'll be moving things around again in a month..
off to my aunt's house for weeding, then have to go to the apple store to get a new battery for the laptop. me and mr k are taking the day off tomorrow and going down to the city, to the aquarium - they opened a new whale exhibit, and we have a free pass to visit.
i'm anxious to hear the new dave matthew's cd. getting very good reviews..
that's about it from my neck of the woods.

I'm home.
for those of you that don't know. My weekend trip turned into an 8 day trip. My father in law has stage 4 lung and bone cancer. I stayed at their house last week to drive them to the dr.
He starts chemo on Tuesday.
I am really happy to be home.

Glad you're home Tanya. Sorry about your father in law. Keeping him in my prayers.
So are you back to being an Idiot? My kids are complete and utter idiots who don't know how to pick up after themselves due to me doing everything for them their whole life. Now I see that what I thought being a good mother doing everything for them was really a hinderance for them later in life. I'm good really just doing some venting.

Just got home from my weekend visit to "New Hampsha". Complete account on pg 13 of Serious. I'm glad to be home tho. I don't sleep well without my own lumpy bed and my doggies on the bed!:ghug2

it's rainyish today, but i gotta a fence to paint at my aunt's house, so i'm doin' it anyway.
i hope i don't get more paint in my hair!
we saw whales at the aquarium this weekend. they have a new kid's display next to the penguins where kids can put on penguin costumes and jump around like penguins and sit on eggs - lol! we spent a lot of time watching that..
