It rained this morning so I vac'd the floors, changed the kitty litter, washed a load of laundry, washed the dishes, raked the front yard, and finally, when the rain stopped and the sun came out I gave the dogs a good long walk. All in all, a pretty good day.

Watching the dogs sleeping on the bed after their long two walks today. Seeing them sprawaled out on the bed after their long walk does my heart good. They are living the life of spoiled rotten house dogs and they do so enjoy their lives. I am priviledged to care for them and love them.

Whats good is I am back on track. Going to the Dr today to start my process of losing this horrible weight. I have a great job, great people I work with, and a wonderful family.

I feel very calm and so so grateful.

Window is getting fixed
Shower is getting fixed
Got up very early
Slept well
Am reasonably fit
Am reasonably healthy
I dont need to use drugs today
It is possible I will meet somone and fall in love
If I remain Honest Open and willing I lean and grow
I have friends today
I belong to a fantastic fellowship
I have a mysterious power greater than me in my life today
Today I can be there for others
