Oh Jerzey! That sounds so very painful. Seems like nothing hurts as bad as a stubbed toe at the time. I ran into one of those little ledges that separates rooms, you know what I'm talking about? They should be illegal. And those concrete parking bumpers? I was wearing mocaissons when tripped over one of those (totally sober) once and literally rolled around the grease-soak pavement screaming in pain. Very embarrassing. Some nice young man helped me up and assisted me to the car. I actually considered going to the ER but figured they would just tape the toes together and tell me to ice it.

I am sick again!!! Me, the lady who never ever gets sick so she never ever gets a flu shot because she never ever gets the flu.
This is round two, hardly over bronchial pneumonia and now bad bronchitis and flu.
Staying home again tomorrow. Thank goodness for tons of sick pay and a boss who insists because he doesn't want me to pass this around or get any sicker and end up in the hospital again.
I can't wait for spring, this is my sickest winter ever.
Okay I am done now but stay tuned for follow-up whining over the next few days, bring your own tissues...

omg....................it sucks..............and have court in the am, not suppose to be moving and no one will let me get out of it...........mainly me.......tired, been poked and proded again all day today.......feel like ****.....Jersey that is one step past blagh!!!

I get two whines, 'cause I missed checking in yesterday.
First one: I'm procrastinating writing my cover letter and updating my resume!! (The worst part of job hunting, in my opinion.)

A less expensive solution for your discomfort would be one of those kiddy swimming tubes inside an ordinary pillowcase. I learned this trick when I had my second child, and all the hemmorhoid pillows on the maternity ward were taken!

Maybe not "newsworthy", but certainly a nice human interest bit. Nice photos of a nice family. In reading the comments, so sad to see the negativity people can find in the simplest things.

My mom and I watched Tiger play on his bad knee last year...he hit a ball into a copse
of trees..he screamed...."Tiiiiger!" He is so hard on himself.
