Maybe SR quietness can be a good thing. In my case, it usually means that I'm living a bit - not busy escaping living!! In Wonkey's and Timmy's case, it is less good, it usually means they are living it up!! Oh, and Jiggy - him too!

Night, night. I'm going to spend a bit of time with my teenage daughter. She is a true challenge to serenity. I have had to "let go" of several things already and she only got home at 5pm.

"Letting go" with teenagers is quite good, really. It helps me stand my ground. I state my case, and let go of her reaction to it. Her reaction is beyond my control. I might survive this parenthood thing yet. Raising teenagers, odaat!!

I'm ok...I'm determined to get through the day without crying in front of my boss. I've caught up quite a bit...but for the rest i have analysed where the problems are and whta needs to be done in order to get them correct asap.

might pop in a little later for a few minites and at lunch and right after work...but wont be home till around 8pm as i have the womens meeting tonight ... I hate going when i feel like a smuck, but it's important to stay connected even when your looking like an idiot...there there to support you no matter how badly you mangle things so I'll let them

Sorry to be a grump, but things didn't go well.....IF she could have done it she would have fired me, but the state system makes it harder to do so...gotta jump through some hoops first.

Oh...the state can't make payroll this friday I suspect they will find a way for this one, but not sure after this 2 weeks. When the federal gov. shut down years ago the federal employees were put on furlough for some time.

anyway..just being honest...meeting tonight and i'm not drinking and don't plan on it at all.

Hopefully thats your bottom as far as work goes Nands and things will start to pick up.

The good and bad in work goes in cycles.

Learn from it and move on, just like drinking there's no point beating yourself up about the past.
