Nef - How wonderful - 12 years!
Least - Good news about your feet - you've been dealing with that a long time.
Grateful I slept last night.
Grateful I lost a teeny bit more weight. I'm determined this time.
Grateful I'll have a lot more clothes to wear if I go down 2 sizes. Tired of wearing the same old stuff.
Grateful for SR and the GP - can't be without them.

Grateful I had a lot of company over the weekend that were social drinking, but I did not feel out of place for just having my soda's. No peer pressure from my friends helped, although there were some questions, as I usually am drinking with them. I don't feel comfortable with the 'I am an alcoholic' with them at the moment, although I know they would be supportive. Maybe soon I will

Hev, congrats on the weight loss - so exciting to be able to "shop" your closet for some new stuff.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful to be making some headway at work - although it always feels like one step forward, two steps back.
Grateful I can officially bring my old boss back to work for me, on a temporary basis. Grateful for my current boss's support to make it happen.
Grateful for a good conversation (in person yesterday) with my long term employee. I really value her, and need to focus on that relationship more.
Grateful to catch snippets from an interesting interview about how clutter and excess stuff can negatively affect us.
Grateful for a bright, beautiful day.
Grateful to be sober.

Palmer - Yes, and some things have gone out of style while waiting in my closet for me to fit in them.
Numblady - Thinking of you as you have the difficult discussion (maybe they are somewhat aware?) Hope it's as easy on you as possible.
Turs - Enjoy the trip - love the coast - any coast. Have fun with paddle board. Wish I had the nerve.
Grateful for your posts - all the thoughts & observations.
Grateful for another sunny day with the sounds of lawnmowers, children laughing, dogs barking...summer stuff.
Grateful to not be numb & stupid.
Grateful to not have anything pressing to accomplish today.

Coming in quickly because I have an early morning at work!

Grateful for coffee, so good today.
Grateful for a telework day yesterday.
Grateful for an office day, even though I have an in-person presentation this afternoon - yuck. I've become so spoiled by Zoom.
Grateful to talk to my older son yesterday, and that my husband talked to both boys late last night.
Grateful for my comfortable bed, and the surge of gratitude I feel at bedtime every night.
Grateful for at-home hair color, even though I went a bit too dark and dull this time, it's easily fixed.
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful for the way that you guys express yourselves, with honesty and humor. Brings a smile every morning.
Grateful for a helpful Zoom meeting last night, where the topic was 'advice for newcomers to sobriety/recovery'. And a 20 and 30 year soberversary were celebrated.
Grateful to be making progress on the unretirement front and a conference call today that will hopefully get things moving. Grateful to have taken the time to weigh the pros and cons, rather than making a knee-jerk decision, which was the norm for my drinking self.
Grateful for growth and new opportunities.

CBS, glad things are moving forward with your moms estate
Clearpath, yes- grateful for well thought out decisions in sobriety
Grateful to have gone back to sleep for at least a little while. Since getting back from the trip, I’ve had some major issues sleeping. Sleeping maybe 3-4 hours a night. Not sure why this is happening but I have been really struggling. When it becomes chronic, it’s the worst. Sorry to sneak in a whine there. Just feeling like I needed to say something and need some extra support 😊
Grateful for coffee. Though I’m limiting myself to no more than one in the morning no matter how tired I feel
Grateful for work from home
Grateful for one short meeting over zoom today where I am not taking a lead role
Grateful for Mr F being retired and bonding so much with sonny boy during summer boredom phases
Grateful to spend time bonding with sonny boy last night talking about family history, medieval history and sponge Bob history. It was all over the map and very entertaining!
Grateful for you ❤️

Palmer - I may have mentioned that I did the at home hair color too. The opposite of dark & dull - but also needs fixing. (Platinum with a tinge of peach )
Fearless - Sounds like a very fun discussion with your boy.
Grateful for yet another sunny day - but we need rain.
Grateful MrH is happy with his second hand riding mower - although I wanted a new one.
Grateful to continue with my weekly weigh-ins. Slow but steady progress.
Grateful to know we can meet every day here.

Have no idea what that whole thing was about. i figured i slept wrong and that's why my neck hurt but it went more severe after a day or two.
Grateful to hear about a discussion of spongebob
