Ally it is really good to have you back.
I'm grateful to be in bed after a long day. I did get the last of my new perennials out of the pots and planted. Also planted some 30 bulbs which will bloom next spring.
Good night all.

Aly.....
Grateful to be home and not working nights for the next 4 days. The cool morning air, the presence of my wife, the peace and comfort that is found here.

Grateful to meet up with an old recovery friend and help out with a quick plumbing repair yesterday, it was good to talk.
Grateful for a tasty cheeseburger for dinner. Salad, no fries. And I even weighed in lower for my diet plan this morning
Grateful to find some model building supplies I needed at Hobby Lobby.
Grateful to have the opportunity to ride my motorcycle to work, much better gas mileage.

Grateful for rice and kimchi, something new to eat.
Grateful for guitar practice and a new episode of Life Below Zero to fire my creativity and imagination.
Grateful for something new every day, life in recovery is not dull, we are not a glum lot.
Grateful for light rains this week, and a motorcycle ride to work.

I think today I'll just be grateful for my thermos of iced coffee, the healthy lunch I have packed for work, and the contentment and spirituality that I can carry with me throughout the day.

Our new pup was home alone all day yesterday and he wasn't too happy about that. Grateful that we can all be home today, our "pack" is together and Bear is ready to play!

I bet that puppy was pretty happy to see you all.
Tonight I'm grateful for:
- a phone call from an old friend and from a new friend
-almost finishing my outdoor stair refinish project
- a 1.5 mile walk to the post office and back with the first colors of autumn showing.
Peace to you all.
