Grateful to hear live jazz tonight. It was wonderful and made me feel alive - a natural high! Grateful to live in a city with these kinds of opportunities. Grateful to enjoy these experiences sober.

Another day of gardening, sewing and reading. It isn't a bad life.

I had several interactions with friends and neighbors that really perked me up. For this I am grateful.

Good evening all. I'm knitting a pair of fingerless gloves with the creamiest beige wool and I am grateful for this.

Grateful for the amount of morning, noon and night time AA/NA support in the area where I'm getting treatment. The world needs more places like this.

Thank you all, I'm grateful we're having a good time bonding with Bear.

Three nights of working baseball down, then three nights to go. Grateful I'll have 4 days somewhat off after that other than a couple handyman jobs.
Grateful for the shrimp and cod curry I made last night, healthy and really tasty.
I am struggling (yet again) with busyness, and while I know that I need the moments to just "be" I'm also grateful to have a rich and full life.

How exciting to go to Chicago, Fearless. My old stomping ground. I did so much of my growing up in Chicago. Awesome city except for the weather! Have a great time.
Grateful to be sober. Grateful for all of you.

The shrimp cod curry sounds amazing, Astro! I hope the busyness subsides!
Aly, that’s right about Chicago being your stomping ground. This week, the weather is supposed to be low 80s with mild humidity. Not too bad.
Grateful for Olivia Newton John. Rip ❤️
Grateful for a productive work day
Grateful to stay neutral about a big work project that will change a lot of how I do my job that I basically disagree with but can’t do anything about and must eventually accept the direction. Serenity prayer!
Grateful to see my good friend at the karate studio and go for a walk
Grateful to be aware of sober drunk syndrome and reread about it. It can happen to anyone at any point in sobriety and I must stay alert and be diligent about emotional health
Grateful for work out equipment at home
Grateful for better call Saul

Hello all,

My bed is right below a window and I always crack it so I sleep beneath cool mountain air that pours in through the night. I never stopped appreciating it.

That cool mountain air sounds wonderful, BKA! Grateful we had a rainshower early this morning.

Grateful for this cute pup keeping me on my toes, almost more work than a newborn
Grateful for my coworkers when guests are being unkind.
Grateful for at least a small drop in the heat, below 100 for a few days.
