Grateful for you all. Grateful my headache is slowly going away and my back feels much better. It takes a little while for the shots to kick in, I gratefully feel they finally are.
Grateful the cable guy is coming between 8-8, sheesh. It gives me a good excuse to relax while waiting. I don't like my mom to be alone when they come. She has a tendency to get confused.
Have a wonderful day all. Love and peace. 💗💥☮💌💞

Good evening, I had a bit of a low day. I do feel a need to find more regular activity in my life whether it is work, classes or volunteer. However I finally drove down valley to get some compost and top soil. Also I picked up some Blanket Flowers so this got me up and out which is so often the solution to my doldrums. For this I am grateful.

Congrats on 11 days, Red!!!

Today is the 5th adoptiversary of my small dog and I am so so so grateful for him every day. He has the best spirit and the cutest face and he loves cucumbers. I think he's about 10 years old and I'm grateful for any time I have with him.

I'm doing yet another morning Bedtime Gratitude as I neglected yesterday's gratitude.

Yesterday I wound up feeling kind of punky all day: upset stomach and headache. I wound up taking a nap and not doing much.

I'm psyched to see Red here. Yippee! Good to see you Red.

Wednesdays are my days of Zoom Centering Prayer AKA meditation. It had been a downer day but the Zoom meeting was lovely. There were only two other women in the meeting. We sat in 20 minutes of silent meditation and then read Thomas Keating's book Open Mind, Open Heart. We laughed and discussed and it was lovely. For this I am so dang grateful.

May all be well all.

Well doing a morning bedtime gratitude seems to be a thing for me. I'm not contrary just disorganized and forgetful. Ah well, it is bedtime somewhere.

Yesterday I'm grateful for
- getting in a solid 45 minutes of yoga - a rare thing for me to get myself to do
- a steak stir fry I made for lunch
- getting myself out of the house to go to the hardware store
- a phone call with my sister
- centering prayer

Have a lovely one all
