Good morning. Where is everyone today? 😊 I’m usually one of the last to post 😊
Grateful to see Vik88
Numblady, I like that word you invented - whelming. I may steel it
CBS, I forgot to mention that pic you posted is beautiful! I hope you are doing ok. Thinking of you and your mom
Grateful for a good dinner out last night but now I know my pants are autocorrecting me. Lol.
Grateful I still have jeans in two different sizes for times like these
Grateful I never got rid of my Venus cobalt blue jeans that are one size up. They are so cute and hip
Thats enough about jeans and pants!
Grateful for Linkedin
Grateful to discover a podcast that deals with issues in my industry
Grateful to have a therapy session today
Grateful to have time in my work day to go for a run
Grateful for all of you!

Grateful that I can still do things for myself although some of them are difficult. But at least I can do them. Grateful to wake up with Billy right next to me that always makes my day feel good right at the beginning.

Grateful to see deserto here.

I'm doing my PT exercises trying to gain some strength back.

Grateful to stop in briefly after no power for 3 days - a foot & a half of snow. Missed everyone - will catch up tomorrow.

grateful to catch up on all your posts. Wrote a long post that was lost in the ether.
CBS, thinking of you in this really difficult time. I hope your mom's transition continues to be as peaceful and pain-free as possible.
Least, so glad you are back with Billie.
Grateful I felt better and went diving today after 2 days of laying around. Grateful to see all the beautiful sea creatures and be able to focus on and appreciate the sheer beauty underwater.
Grateful for this GP.

So grateful for least & Billy’s reunion.
Hev, I’m so sorry about your loss of power (and a foot and a half of snow when it’s almost May). Glad it is back.
Grateful I braved another meeting last night—a double winners meeting! (AA and Al Anon). I still can’t seem to be very articulate but I was glad to be a little less nervous.
Grateful for my soft little kitty.
Grateful it is Friday.
Grateful for reliable transportation.
Grateful for all of you.

So happy to see Vik and Phoenix.
Hev, that is absolutely crazy about the snow! I really hope your power comes back and that you can stay home safely.
Fearless, thanks for reminding me about autocorrect - I need to start training my thinking in that direction!
Least, I'm so happy you and Billie are reunited.
Turs, it's great that you were able to go diving.
NL, it's awesome that you keep getting out there to find new tools to support your recovery.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for a busy work day yesterday where some things got "unstuck." Grateful to have a heart-to-heart with my boss about HER boss, who is kind of the worst. Grateful to be able to show some vulnerability about my own feelings, and empathize with hers because she's really under a ton of constant pressure.
Grateful that a coworker, who has consistently stonewalled my attempts to collaborate, is finally coming around.
Grateful for the beautiful views out of my top-floor window.
Grateful to be getting up a bit earlier lately, it makes such a huge difference to my productivity.
Grateful for telework, even though I plan to go into the office for a few hours again today.
Grateful to be sober.

Wow, a lot has happened since I was last here. Not much time stillness unloading the truck. Very long days of driving but grateful we made it. My back /sciatica was killing me so it made it a challenge to drive those long days.
Grateful for the color green. It is so green and pretty here with everything growing
Grateful to be backb with Riley. Although, my MIL spoiled him with treats so he gained over 3 pounds since I was gone. That's a pound a week. Yikes. He is in puppy training now.
will post more later

Stopping in for a quick hello. Spend too much time texting with a friend, which is all good but now I’ve got to get going with work
Grateful to read your posts.
Grateful my meeting with boss is not until afternoon. And it’s early so I will wrap up after that
Grateful for an amazing therapy session yesterday. Discussed how so many tragedies in my life have conditioned my mine to catastrophize - like awfulizing as Numblady says. Grateful to have so,e new mental tips to try to reverse this pattern of thinking
