BKA I'm happy to show you around Philly and/or NYC if you ever head to the east coast!
Astro, glad you're home safe!

Grateful to go to a concert at my synagogue tonight. It was beautiful and sometimes funny and just different from my normal Sunday night. I'm finding that I have lots of social anxiety leading up to these events but then I'm fine once I'm there and grateful that I went. Grateful for music and all the things it can many you feel/remember/experience. Have a good week my friends!!!

That would be so lovely Autumn. I've been through those cities but haven't spent time there.

Tonight I'm grateful
- to get out to dig weeds a bit
- for 20 minutes of yoga
- for cherry clafoutis
- a piece of mail finally showing up

May you all be well.

AT, we passed through Philly quickly on Saturday but literally running from one airport gate to another, not even time for a cheesesteak! Lol

Grateful for my supervisor being so supportive yesterday, a fun day at the ballpark but sometimes the guests are a little rude.
Grateful to have some time last night to get caught up on laundry and a few light chores.
Grateful to work with a fun and comical crew, laughter is the best medicine.

Grateful to get back into the swing of things after vacation, life on life's terms.
Grateful to come home late at night to a nice, quick meal.
Grateful for patience, some days I need loads of it.
Grateful that we have enough food in the house to pack a lunch, haven't had time to get to the grocery store yet. Luxury issue!

Thanks AT. That would be a joy. I'm listening to a biography of John Adams and it describes Philadelphia in the 18th century.

Posting here on the gratitude list, I often think of the Jewish term "dianu " (can't spell it), It would have been enough, and how it is repeated during Passover. Sometimes, falling asleep, I go through my life and think of the good things and repeat "It would have been enough." It is helpful to know that humans have practiced gratitude for years.

So here is my "Get out of Bed" gratitude:
- sore calf muscles from exercise yesterday
- apricot tart for breakfast
- the update to my computer didn't blow it up
- finding a centering prayer event at the chapel for tomorrow
- my renter bringing me eggs when I needed them

And, as always, I'm grateful for all you other practitioners of gratitude.

I'm off to do another 10 minutes of yoga, unload the dishwasher and look up how to rewire a lamp.

May whatever befalls you today be enough.

I have a very positive feeling about getting the critters to California. I don't know who will drive them but I would like to ride along.

Grateful for my daughter's help packing and getting rid of stuff. Tomorrow I have to go through my file cabinet and that will take a while. But it will be a lot lighter when I'm done.

BKA, thank you for your grats Today will be enough for me.

Grateful that I'm done working baseball games for the next week, but we have a great crew and the work has been very enjoyable.
Grateful that my wife had time to go grocery shopping and took care of a lot of chores for me.
Grateful that we have a new person working in our big office, it livens up the workday.

Good morning all, I keep skipping my pm grats so I come back in the evening.

Today's gratitudes:

- my subaru started after 2 months in the garage
- 2 living herb pots from the grocery store that were only 1$ each
- supportive friends and family
-20 min of yoga

I usually spend endless time drinking coffee on the couch in the morning but this time I set my alarm for 10 minutes with a resolution to get up and tidy the house when it goes off. Now to spend 20 minutes cleaning up, get dressed, make bed and text some friends,

Irk, living alone is not the best for me. Y'all help with this quite a bit.

BKA, I also love the idea of dayenu - enough. Thank you for the reminder.
Today, I'm grateful I didn't drink. The AV was chatting to me all night but I decided not to drink today. And that's enough for today! ❤️

Ah thanks Autumn, I was hoping you would chime in with the correct spelling . . . yep, not drinking is definitely dayenu.

Thanks too Least and Aly.

I had a good day. Kept busy.

Today I'm thankful
- for a new Spanish yoga video
- getting some daisy seeds planted in paper pots (better late than never and it may well still snow)
- meditated 20 min - I'm joining a group at my local chapel

For one of my solitary days, it was a good one.

You'll have to explain how this is possible, I sure struggle with it!

Grateful to be having some home-cooked meals again after a week of travel food and take-out on the nights I've been working.
Grateful to be working from home, I enjoy this so much, getting things taken care of around the house and being present with my wife.

Good evening all,

Tonight I'm grateful for:

- relationships with my neighbors
-weather that allows gardening
- getting more newspaper seedpods folded and planted with shasta daisies
-finding a new tailgate for my van
- a smile from my renter (he has suffered so much that seeing him smile gladens my heart)
-doing a trash run - always feels good to get rid of stuff

My most active relationships seem to be with my sister and the over eighty crowd. I'm not sure what to think of this.
