Grateful for Dee, who looks after us.

Grateful that Billie ate all her supper and did a LW in the dog yard. She is now resting on her blankies. Grateful for her devotion to me.

Least I am so grateful that you seem to be feeling better.
Aly is your mom home now? I hope that went (or goes) well!
Grateful for a laugh filled talk with one of my old friends tonight. Grateful that my loneliness is gradually easing. Grateful to have some nice sessions with my veterans today - we had time to just visit and they shared stories of their lives I hadn't heard. After doing all my sessions on zoom in January due to omicron, it's great to be back to in person visits. They're just better.

Heya troops,

Tonight I'm grateful
- a couple I know may be getting back together after 9 years
-a friends wife was saved by emergency surgery after having an anuerism
- for my sister answering my multitudinous phone calls
-for getting the house picked up

I did have a bit of a day but I'm in one piece and for that I'm grateful

Grateful that we're heading to the airport shortly, looking forward to being in a tropical location this afternoon.
Grateful again to travel sober and see the world through eyes that have a clear perspective and a sense of wonder.

My MIL has been down lately and I said something funny to her and made her laugh. She said thanks and to please help her laugh again so I hooked her up with a comedian on youtube and his video lasted 40 minutes. Very clean language, she was laughing through it all..So I am grateful I could help her laugh again.

(((Alpine))) How nice of you to make your mil laugh... but how on earth did you find a comedian with clean language?? I didn't think there were too many of those...

Tonight I'm grateful that Billie ate all her supper and dropped a dog bomb afterward.

Grateful for the sight of Billie sleeping peacefully on her blankie. Grateful, so very grateful, for my sobriety which enables me to take good care of her and give her a healthy happy life.

Grateful for my doctor ordering an ultrasound of my right leg... and grateful they found a blood clot before it moved. I'm on blood thinners the next 4 weeks and then will see my doctor again, at which point I'm sure he'll order another ultrasound to see if it's gone by then.

Grateful that Billie ate all her supper. Grateful for her good appetite.
