Hi all! Grateful for all of you and the kind PMs I've received! I will get back to you. I've just been so tired recouping. I went to the health food store and bought some stuff for my bleeding ulcer. It has stopped bleeding for the moment. I'm terrified it will start up again. I probably will have to have a follow up surgery at some point. I bought some really expensive good probiotics, aloe very juice, local honey, raw and unfiltered, which they say is very good for your stomach and also local honey can sometimes help with allergies, etc. I was looking for cabbage juice, but they didn't have any. I'll probably have to look on line for that.
Fearless, Sleepover sounds fun! Hope it went well. Thank you, dear, for checking on me. Thinking of you too.
So good to hear from all of you. s
Gas has gotten so expensive around here. $6-7 per gallon for regular unleaded. Ouch!
Take care all. I've missed you. Glad to be back.
Love and peace to all. 💖💟☮💞

Hey ho all,

I had a bit of a weird day but it was a good day. Just a topsy turvey day.

I had a good friend come over and we chewed over the world and our community and what we can and can't do to help situations around us.

For this I am grateful.

Yeah, gas prices aren't quite that high in AZ but it costs me about $20 in fuel to get to every event I work which is kinda laughable!

Glas you are on the mend, Aly, and your diet sounds good for the stomach and health in general.

Grateful to have a couple days to rest up.
Grateful my heat sickness last night eased up pretty quickly.
Grateful the fans were pretty mellow, soccer games can get rowdy or violent pretty fast.
Grateful I got home at a reasonable hour and slept pretty well.

Gosh, I am usually too tired at night for bedtime grats, maybe I should just do it in the day. I turn into a pumkin usually by 8.
Grateful for a bed to sleep in to have Mr. Alpine and Riley by my side. Mr. Alpine will be heading out of town again for a week in a bit.
Grateful for salmon dinner I made along with a big salad
Grateful for my many hobbies, I need to get back to some of them.
Grateful for all of you

Me too Alpine. Sometimes I make my posts in the morning.

Tonight I'm grateful for going over to some friends house for dinner. I brought a pie. We told stories and laughed. Afterwards, we sat outside and drank tea. Lovely.

Aly, I am so happy to see you and glad you are looking after yourself and doing what you can for your ulcer. That is stressful. Hope you are able to find time for meditation or something that relaxes you. It can’t help being in your family and dealing with your mom. I’m here for you!
Yay! Least! Grateful to see our queen of gratitude 😊
Alpine, love the sound of trains in the distance
Grateful for the sound of the breeze and birds singing too
Grateful for a 4.5 hour strenuous hike. Though I’m not too grateful for how sore I am. Lol. I suppose it’s good for me and I’ll sleep well
Grateful for a hot epsom salt bath. Grateful for Advil too
Grateful for no big plans this weekend. Just chillin with the boys. Going to catch up on reading tomorrow too
Grateful for you all. You always lift my spirits ❤️
