Numb - Yoga - sounds like a lovely idea - I have often contemplated it.
Grateful for another classic summer day - even though it's hot as h.
Grateful for sticking to my more sensible eating plan. Boring though.
Grateful for two new pairs of flip flops - one year I will get sturdier shoes, but not yet.
Grateful to know that normalcy will once again return to the Earth. It just has to.
Love going out to all you grateful souls.

Me too, Aly, Hev and Mags, I'd rather clean up after animals any day of the week.
Grateful to be here this morning sober and present.
Grateful to give my mum a lift to town.
Grateful for all the rain we had in the night and grateful that it has dried up now and the sun is shining.
Grateful to take the g.children to a forest yesterday and watch them paddling in streams and swinging on rope swings, such a welcome change from seeing them glued to mobile phones and tablets.
Grateful to listen the the laughter of children ( until they start bickering, lol).
Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for S.R and all my lovely people here.
Grateful for all of you. xxx

Daisy - Sounds like a lovely adventure in the forest. They'll always remember those times.
Grateful it won't be as hot today & sun is shining brightly.
Grateful for a grocery shopping expedition. However, it's become quite the challenge - wear mask, stay 6 ft. apart - wipe off cart handles with sanitizer - try not to touch too many items....etc.
Grateful to turn a grumpy mood into a cheerful one.
Grateful I have everything I need.

Grateful for Breakfast this morning after bloodwork done At 6:30 am check in....
Grateful for Cancer Doc that ordered it..... other Doc had before summer to get in order..so will have to call her and find out what happened..... oh well.....
Grateful for the drippy fog morning...
Grateful for the walk on beach with God...
Grateful for SR.....

Grateful Sunpengwn got her blood tests. Hoping for a good outcome. 
Grateful to have gotten quite a few chores done the last few days, so I can relax a bit today.
Grateful to go to my 2nd Ortho opinion tomorrow. Grateful I got my CDs relatively easily.
Grateful for A/C. Our little cool trend is turning into a very hot and humid week or so. We don't usually get much humidity but there was a hurricane in Mexico and it's sending a lot of humidity our way.
Grateful to have woken up with no anxiety this morning! Mornings can be difficult for me sometimes and very grateful to have woken up calmly this morning!
Grateful for the Grat Pack!

Grateful to have actually got some sleep last night.
Grateful for picnic ice packs ( they worked wonders for my hot feet) and cold water bottles.
Grateful to lie in bed listening to the rain and the thunder.
Grateful that it's a little bit cooler this morning.
Grateful that my g.son slept in for a while, I enjoyed the peace whilst it lasted.

Grateful Aly woke calmly.
Grateful For FBL’s avatars and for others who rotate theirs out.
Grateful Daisy got to go to the forest. Those kids are so lucky to have you in their lives.
Grateful tomorrow is the big day for testifying and will hopefully be over soon enough with minimal damage.
Grateful to take some time to write a note to my grandma. We were all supposed to get together this month to celebrate their 70th anniversary and her birthday. But stupid covid.
Grateful my son’s friend showed up at our house yesterday morning. Got him out of bed. And they ended up going on adventures around town on their bikes, including finding a woman’s cell phone and calling her relatives to get it returned to her, sneaking a friend out of his house (that part is obviously not super great but my son’s description was basically like they just wanted him to come out and get to be a normal kid; it was sweet and sad and genuine, albeit that it was followed with a reminder that we need to respect our rules and the rules of others), and getting very sunburned and tired. Thank goodness. He has started to look like a sweet gangly pasty vampire.
Grateful my daughter drew my grandmother a homemade birthday card.
Grateful my husband is basically handling the kids all day every day while I go into the office and Work.
Grateful we are leaving Saturday to go to the beach. Sure hoping I don’t have to go back into the office for continuation of tomorrow’s hearing but on advice of therapist, trying not to get too attached to any one outcome or occurrence with this hearing.
Grateful for today. Grateful for my therapy homework (basically think lots of positive thoughts and be nice to my husband).
Grateful to all of you for your wisdom, insight and kindness.
