Grateful to be able to take Billie for a short walk. It helps to get out of the house.

Aly, hope your epidural helps you.

Aly, I hope your appointment went well and your anxieties past.
Grateful my anxieties have passed this morning.
Grateful Aly and NCJan Talmud about horses, how I love those beautiful animals. ❤️
Grateful I’m sober, the drinking me would not have adhered to the rules, and would’ve put myself at risk, just to get some booze.
Grateful you’re all here,

Aly, I hope all went well for you.

Grateful to be here this morning sober and present.
Grateful to feel well.
Grateful for a lovely cup of tea.
Grateful g.son is sat beside me, we are going to do online P. E very shortly, followed by some school work. His teacher is uploading work each morning, keeping us occupied anyway.
Grateful I have this thread to come and share and to read your posts.
Grateful for each and every one of you. xx

Grateful I have a working work computer again!
Grateful for the time spent in awkward conversation with the nice but socially awkward IT guy who helped me. He had all kinds of opinions, a lot of which I just didn’t understand but were amusing to listen to.
Grateful to make time to call my grandparents and eventually email them some pics of the kids.
Grateful for a conversation between my kids where my daughter was putting herself down and my son said, “you’re not ugly. Half the boys have a crush on you when you’re not raging.”
Grateful my hubby got the kids to do self study (though he didn’t really supervise them so I hear there was some cheating on using screens for educational purposes only) and dinner involved a presentation on ants & termites by my son and the UK by my daughter.
Grateful to be up early.
Grateful to have spoken my mind with one of my staff who had caused me a lot of stress.
Grateful we have a lot of soap.
Grateful for all of you.

Grateful for coffee and the chance to sit in my warm bed instead of having to endure my slightly soul-crushing commute.
Grateful that the schools will start distance learning soon.
Grateful for increasing clarity about my job situation.
Grateful that my family remains safe and healthy.
Grateful that I have the ability to make different decisions which can result in better outcomes (eating habits - I'm looking at you)
Grateful for technology, which keeps us all connected.
SO grateful for SR and this thread.

Aly, I hope your epidural went well. Looking forward to seeing you
Numblady, grateful for your last two posts. I’m “light” too
Hev, yup on the overeating
Grateful all of sonny boys activities are now starting up virtually. This is the second week of online school, and now this week guitar teacher is starting Skype lessons and karate studio is starting up a virtual format. He is also connecting with most of his friends over face time after school hours
Grateful China is recovering and coming out of lock down soon
Grateful to feel actually more socially connected than ever with my circles even though we are physically distancing
Grateful to help son and another school friend work on a project to have their class make up virtual thank you cards to be sent to first responders
Grateful to sign up for a virtual run that is giving back to help with Covid 19
Grateful to be getting ready to go for a run after I post this
Grateful for all the inspiration on the internet
Grateful to be sort of going back to face book a little for connection. Just ignoring the annoying stuff and taking in the good and some of the humor too
So grateful for all of you.

So grateful for all of you showing up and supporting each other.
There was a scheduling problem and I didn't get my epidural yesterday. I did talk to the ortho guy, he's going to try and get me in, hopefully in the next week or so. I think Mercury must be in retrograde or something. I'm just trying to go with the flow. Acceptance. Things work out the way they should.
Love, peace and health to all my beautiful Grat Pack friends. ♥♥♥

Aly, Billie and I have no plans for a marathon, unless it's a walking marathon.

Grateful to take Billie for a long walk this morning. I so enjoy watching her sniffing intently and just 'being a dog'. Grateful I have Billie and my cats for company.

Grateful to be sober!

Grateful to be sober.
So very grateful to have you all and your uplifting posts as a light in the darkness right now. Thank you

Grateful for FBL.
Grateful for NL's sweet stories about your children - they really do sound so sweet.
Grateful Palmer has the support of your children's teachers, I bet it makes a big difference. My friend is a teacher and she's been preparing homework and activity 'packs' and emailing them to the parents of her students to try and help out. You are most certainly not alone in the overeating struggle - I am up and down like a yoyo these days.
Grateful for Hev's positivity which always shines through in your posts - thank you.
Grateful Least and Billie are getting their walks in and some fresh air to boot. Animal companionship and fresh air is an antidote.
Grateful for Courage.
Grateful for Mags' reminder that no matter how tough things are right now, alcohol would only make them worse.
Grateful Daisy is taking the time to do online PE with her g.son - how sweet!
Grateful Fearless is getting out for a run - something I've failed to do the past few days. I hope you enjoy it and get some nice headspace.
Grateful RZ is enjoying the freedom of sobriety.
Grateful for Aly's reminder to work on acceptance. I'm sorry the epidural didn't work out today.
Grateful for Sunpengwyn's uplifting post reminding me that there are many things for which to be grateful and to try not give so much energy to the negative.

Take care all, sending positivity and light to you all.

Grateful that I got my sleep schedule back to normal.

Grateful I woke up without a hangover.

Grateful to be sober.

Grateful because alcohol would just make me question if I was getting sick, if my immune system was down, or I was just hungover.

Grateful because alcohol might make me lash out at my roommates, or feel too overwhelmed to manage my end of things if I need to avoid one of them.

Grateful that I can handle my business.

Grateful for the rain today, even after several gorgeous days of sunshine and long walks, sometimes it's nice to have a rainy day, and I know the earth needs rain to keep our climate balanced here.

Grateful I can do a yoga video in my room even if I don't spend as much time walking outdoors today.

Grateful that I got myself some Beyond Burger patties and hippie natural cherry sodas yesterday as a treat to enjoy when I was feeling anxious and upset. I can enjoy them today and tomorrow.

Grateful I have my beautiful big bedroom to shut myself in as needed.

Grateful to have this opportunity to connect with people on-line who understand the struggle.

Grateful to see Sunpengwyn and BeckoningCat!
Grateful for warm weather here even if my “home office” (basically just my bed) is pretty hot.
Grateful for the chance to exercise even if my motivation has been flagging a lot.
Grateful that somewhat paradoxically, so far husband and I are mostly getting along. He’s doing a pretty incredible job with the lack of socializing considering how much of that he normally does.
Grateful for the immense efforts of so many sectors of society to cope with this disaster: setting up websites, working on the supply chain for PPE, checking on kids, etc.
Grateful for clear headed sobriety.
Grateful for all of you.
