Grateful to be going to my CBT group this morning and seeing my M.D. later. Thank you for the well wishes, my friends.
Grateful for A/C, I think the temps are getting hotter every day. I hope people use good sense on the 4th regarding the fire situation here.

Grateful to see so many lovely grats today.
Grateful for the cool, crisp air this morning. Very unlike a typical July

Yuck Fearless, cleaning up the carnage is not pleasant. Ha ha, our 'Sheldon' is also very excited about 'Stranger things 3', he can't wait for tomorrow.

I'm glad you liked the illustrations yesterday Aly, I was sat in the car on a boring car park posting from my phone, I needed some light relief.
I hope all is well and you get the pain relief you need very soon
It sounds like a really good day at the ARF, I would have enjoyed that too. xx
Grateful to be sober and hangover free this morning.

Grateful to be up early and to be organised.
Grateful to be doing the school/mum run in a short while.
Grateful to have sorted some 'unloved stuff' out for the charity shop.
Grateful for time to post this morning.
Grateful to read Erratics post and to have her as a friend.#
Grateful Rusty's friend is okay, that must have been terrifying for him, he was unlucky but lucky.

Grateful a friend cancelled coffee this morning so now I've no excuse but but to go and do some boring but essential chores!

Grateful to have slept well, and to be wide eyed and bushy tailed
Grateful that Even though I’m officially on the books working, the next few days will be really slow since lots of folks take off for the 4th of July week. I’m all caught up on work, so will finish the yard project I’ve been working on.
Grateful my online Venus clothing order arrived, and the new dress I ordered for a wedding fits perfectly. It could become too tight if I don’t watch it though, so it’s good motivation
Grateful for my adorable cats and their playful antics early in the morning
Grateful for all of you and inspiring me every day!

Rose - 12 days is wonderful.
Erratic - Happy for you about the scan - and your dog.
Fearless - I'm always afraid to order clothes. Nice that the dress fit.
Grateful to be planning a trip to see relatives (son & sister). Hope everyone behaves & there are no political discussions.
Grateful that I no longer feel like I'm missing something. I know better.
Grateful there will be no setbacks & no need to recuperate from a foolishly spent holiday weekend.
Grateful for our collective determination.

Grateful to wake up sober too.
Grateful to have run an errand already and to have woken up earlyish.
Grateful for some alone time while my mother has lunch and shopping with one of my sisters. I think I'll skip. She is having a Bar B Que at her place for the 4th, but I don't want to leave Luke with any noises that might scare him and my sister doesn't like him to come over. Grateful for boundaries and trying so hard to keep them in place.
Grateful for a hopefully quiet day today.
