Grateful to be sober.
Grateful for happy memories of my M.I.L 3 years today since she passed away. She was a very feisty lady and a force to be reckoned with. I loved her, still do.
Grateful I was sober when a van reversed into me when I was parked up by school. My registration plate is smashed to smithereens and the grill behind it is cracked. My mum and the 2 youngest g children were in the car at the time and I am so very grateful that none of us were injured.
Grateful I have no desire to drink over the car incident, 16 months ago it would have been my reason to drink, I'd have started as soon as I got home. So grateful those days are in the past.
Grateful for a call back from my live in g/son's teacher re payment of a school trip on Monday. Daddy is refusing to pay and g.son was very upset thinking he couldn't go. School has given me my own ParentPay app so I can make a payment. It's very wrong but that's the way it is.
Grateful Ohbrowat has joined us, welcome.
Grateful for my family who live in the computer.
Grateful to share here with you all. xx

Grateful for a good night of sleep once I finally got to sleep.
Grateful the goofballs lighting fireworks stopped early.
Grateful my husband, who was out drinking and riding around on his bicycle until midnight last night was not hurt.
Grateful Daisy is there for g.son. Shouldn’t be that way for sure but glad she is there to pick up Dad’s slack. There’s got to be some kind of karmic retribution for all that.
Grateful to be heading out on a bike ride and hopefully getting it over with pretty early.
Grateful for a bit of time to post.
Grateful for a day to be kind.
Grateful for all of you, old and new members of the family in the computer.

Aly - It's wonderful you'll be working with the animals. A noble cause.

I'm grateful for 'puter family too.
Zip - That is wonderful! Congrats.
Grateful to be going to the thrift store today - perhaps a new outfit for $5.00?
Grateful that our heatwave will end with a storm later today.
Grateful for optimism & faith.
Grateful to be typing this instead of getting myself in trouble.
Grateful for all the terrific posts - they mean so much.

Congrats Rusty!!! That is so great!
Grateful to have had my first shift at ARF yesterday afternoon. Wow, is there a lot to do. Grateful for the tons of laundry and dog and cat bowls I disinfected yesterday. So grateful to be doing this. I just have to watch my back.
Grateful for all the wonderful grats and for all of you!

Hi all, well I just lost a whole post after accidentally clicking somewhere! Lol. Why does this happen when I am feeling in a deep philosophical mood? Anyway, I am grateful to be here and for all of you! Will post more on bedtime thread later

Rusty, way to go on the drummer gig.

Aly, good on you for volunteering for the critters.

I'm grateful that the first sight I see when I wake up is Billie's sweet face.

Fearless, the same thing happens to me a lot. Now, I still get annoyed, but I think, maybe it happened for a reason (or maybe not, but it makes me feel an ensy bit better.) Sorry...♥♥♥

Grateful to have reached Day 16. Continue to be enormously relieved.
Continue to be very grateful to SR and it's many inspiring threads, including this gratitude one
Grateful to be sitting here planning my day without anxiety, regret and a dull headache and all the other trimmings that featured until very recently on my Sunday mornings
Grateful to have made myself take stuff out of the freezer to cook thereby saving money
Grateful to have finished a small job for a friend that was hanging over me (even though I volunteered to do it)
I wish everyone a great Sunday

Thank you Mags, we were unlucky but lucky, no one was hurt and that's the most important thing.

I'm very glad your husband is okay Numblady, cycling and drinking is not a good mix, I know because I've done it.

Pleased for you Rusty.

Thanks Hevyn, did you find yourself a bargain? I love thrift stores.

Grateful for a good nights sleep.
Grateful for time to post this morning.
Grateful I checked my car further yesterday, thanks to advice from Mags, and it is going into the body shop a week tomorrow, mu insurance are arranging a courtesy car for me and are also waiving the excess cost as it was a 'no fault' accident ( on my part).
Grateful no one was hurt in the incident, very grateful of that.
Grateful my mum has gone on a day trip with her friends.
Grateful Rose has joined the 'Grat Pack.'
Grateful for Karma, thanks for reminding me about karma Numblady.
Grateful Aly is helping the fur babies, please look after your back though Aly.
Grateful for the kindness shown by you all on this thread.
Grateful for each and every one of you.

Grateful for Sunday. As a child, it truly was a day of rest -- spending time with family -- at church and then Sunday dinner. Missing those days
Grateful for improving health. It makes all the difference in the world.
Grateful for all who come to this forum and share experience, strength, and hope.
