Thank you very much for the new thread, Opi!
Daisy, loved the bit on self care. Reminded me of my early sobriety days about drinking a glass of water and then I would make the bed every morning. These were such small responsible things that made me feel so much better about myself. After a little time, I added new things like my Friday flowers routine.
Grateful Numblady’s headache is gone.
Grateful Numblady commented about her pet sitter. It’s a reminder I have to contact ours next week for an upcoming vacation
Grateful to be up early this morning, to have my special coffee, and to get ready for a long run before it gets hot
Grateful for my running play list
Grateful for healthy food that tastes good, like the homemade granola bars I made last night :)
Grateful to be soberly present and aware in this moment
Grateful for each of you

Grateful to have things coming together to get a new ride.
Grateful for my son and his SO - that they have been so kind and helpful.
Grateful to be employed.
Grateful to look forward to the upcoming holiday and spending time with family and friends.

Daisy - The 'Self Care' list is helpful. I've finally learned to do things in increments. :)
Grateful it has cooled off - humidity makes me cranky.
Grateful for a trip to the thrift shop today.

Grateful for a good nights sleep.
Grateful that it's my mum's 86th birthday and she is fit and able. This strong, hard working lady is the most amazing role model. She does all her own cleaning, decorating, shopping, shops for neighbours and her large garden, which he does herself is simply beautiful.
Grateful to get some weeds pulled up in my garden, they've had a field day with all the rain we've had in the last few weeks.
Grateful that following a disagreement with my wayward son I ended it and did not carry on responding to all his petty text messages.
Grateful to have a little time to myself this morning and time to post here.
Grateful to be able to share here.
Grateful to be part of the Grat Pack.
Grateful to each and every one of you. xx

Grateful to be finally coming out of my sleep and going to ARF for volunteer training. I really don't feel like it, but I will suit up and show up.

I'm probably going to have to have one more epidural, but already, I can feel it starting to work and I couldn't be more grateful!
