Grateful for another sober day.
Grateful I don't have to do the school run, the g.kiddo's are off school until 23/24th.
Grateful my grandson is sat besides me.
Grateful my naughty fat cat came in this morning, naughty thing would not come in last night at all.
Grateful to have some time to myself today ( hopefully).
Grateful to be here with you all. xx

Fearless, way to go on just tackling it yourself. You can be a role model to me. My husband is excellent about doing pretty much all the laundry, making lunches, doing the cooking and cleaning of kitchen...but in terms of household repairs I have to hire someone or sort out a way to do myself. including redoing the tile grout in our shower (on my list since we moved in; still undone). I’ll be anxious to hear how it goes!
Hevyn, can’t say I’ve done this with my cards yet but I’ve found scanning photos to be therapeutic. I can get rid of the prints and cycle everything through a slide show on google photos. With gobs of free cloud based storage it is an option for cards if you’re into that kind of thing.
Grateful for Rusty’s refreshing perspective on the DMV!
Grateful I had my first piece of strawberry rhubarb pie ever in my whole life yesterday on the recommendation of the guy at the bakery. (I’m on a personal quest to try every single thing in this one bakery so I always ask the person helping me what their favorite is). It was SO good. LIke a literal slice of summer.
Grateful for good friends and a paid sitter helping me out with child care issues tonight while husband works and I’m stuck at the capitol.
Grateful to be up early even if I don’t feel awake!

Grateful my Uncle stayed another night. I opened up a bottle of wine for him last night, and didn’t have any interest in it myself. Not even a moment of weakness. Because I don’t drink anymore
Grateful neither my Uncle nor husband drank excessively
Grateful that even though it was great to reconnect, glad my Uncle is leaving. I get stressed having houseguests over night and need my space back
Grateful to have work flexibility. My son seems to have a lot of appointments lately - orthodontist, optometrist, OT and therapy, not to mention his extracurricular stuff
Grateful for all of you

Fearless - I feel the same about being around alcohol - not tempted - never thought that could happen.
Grateful they were able to save some of Notre Dame.
Grateful to be getting rid of junk I never use. Someone will love it.
Grateful the heating season is almost over. So costly.
Grateful for the relationship with my son & sister. Grateful they didn't give up on me.
Grateful for a new day & the energy to take it on.

Strawberry & rhubarb pie..Mmmmm
Grateful to be sober and clear headed this morning.
Grateful it's a dry sunny morning out there.
Grateful for half price tickets for a theme park, I'm going there with my daughter and the grands today.
Grateful to have prepared most of the picnic last night
Grateful to have a wash load completed.
Grateful my to watch my little cat having a mad half hour charging round the house pouncing on everything in sight and tossing it in the air.
Grateful to you all for your kind words and ongoing support.

Grateful I prioritized sleep. Gonna be another rough day at work.
Grateful I can wake up clear headed and ready to go (okay in theory I can. Still feel groggy from sleep...hoping it wears off).
Grateful my children have one sober parent.
