This is going to sound very strange in light of the fact that I am pregnant, but I have to be honest and say that I have been finding it difficult to write my daily gratitude list. I have been suffering with constant nausea which has really been getting me down and which makes every day a struggle. In fact it's been all consuming.
Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that all continues to appear well with my pregnancy. I am grateful for the television show which has been keeping me occupied over the weekend. I am grateful I had a good night's sleep last night.

((Nova)) I think you're feeling out of sorts from being nauseated every day. I would have a hard time lifting my head off the pillow. It must be exhausting. Can the Doctor prescribe anything for you?

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I felt confident and comfortable in a new outfit. I am grateful for the warm and vocal welcome I recieved from our kitty cat when I got home. I am grateful that I managed to get an appointment for this week. I am grateful for a clean car. I am grateful to have been out of the house all day, despite it being tiring and tough at times. I am grateful for my husband's support.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I was able to eat a real meal this evening. I am grateful that I have my appointment tomorrow. I am grateful I was able to share our special news with two important people in my life. I am grateful that the car park God was watching over me today and gave me a space when I really needed it.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for today's appointment. I am grateful for the physical relief I am now experiencing. I am grateful that I was able to have my nails done. I am grateful that tomorrow is Friday.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I felt well enough to go out and meet a friend for a coffee and a catch up. I am grateful for long standing friendships. I am grateful for fresh fruit. I am grateful for smooth, healed lips (thanks to a new lip balm).

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to come home to a clean and tidy house. I am grateful to be at home. I am grateful to have money in the bank. I am grateful all continues to be okay with my pregnancy.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I was able to get a car parking space at the office even though I got stuck in traffic on the way to work. As always atm, I am grateful to be at home resting.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am so so so so grateful it is Friday 😥 I am grateful that my sister and I are able to share the experience of both being pregnant at the same time...such as the need to drink prune juice!!! 😬
