Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for today's training day at work...inspiring and prompted me to take action in booking on to a taster session for a potential new hobby. I am grateful to my sister for letting me offload. I am grateful to my husband for cooking dinner before heading out on a night shift.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for this evening's catch-up with friends. I am grateful that I was able to take tomorrow off of work for my hubby's birthday (and that I've been able to sneak in a daytime ((Bounce)) class as well). I am grateful for bubble baths.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I was at home to make my hubby a birthday breakfast when he got in this morning from a nightshift. I am grateful for today's ((Bounce)) class. I am grateful to the guys at the car wash for my clean, sparkling car.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that Monday is done. I am grateful to my husband for his help this morning prepping for the viewings we had scheduled. I am grateful that I finally found online a watch I had and loved but which broke...new one ordered and on its way. I am grateful for today's beautiful weather and cooling breeze.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for a painless day of eating owing to only consuming shakes and soups. I am grateful I have an appointment with my consultant tomorrow to loosen my gastric band a little. I am grateful my replacement watch arrived today.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful we have been able to accept an offer made on our place today 🎉🎉🎉 I am grateful for the relief from having had my gastric band loosened a bit 😥 I am grateful for the time someone took to send me a message to see how I am doing. I am grateful that tomorrow is Friday.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful we had our mortgage application approved. I am grateful that Chelsea won the FA Cup 💙 I am grateful for the item I purchased today. I am grateful for the catch-up with my sobriety mentor. I am grateful for the easy bus journey today (don't regularly use public transport).
