Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to come home to clean and tidy house. I am grateful for our newly planted flower bed. I am grateful to my husband for doing the weeding. I am grateful for fresh, clean bedsheets.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for a seemingly positive day in the world of house selling. I am grateful that our cat no longer needs ear drops...boy did she hate the drops. I am grateful that I have completed my promotion application paperwork.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to have lost 24 lbs so far and to have had my second tightening of my band this evening. I am grateful for electric fans 🌞 I am grateful for the laughter with colleagues over lunch.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for a cooler day. I am grateful for a day of rest after a very busy couple of weeks. I am grateful for the level of restriction I now have with my gastric band. I am grateful for the time I spent with our cat today.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to my husband for cooking dinner. I am grateful to come home to clean and tidy house. I am grateful that I was able to purchase a new outfit for tomorrow's interview, and that I had to ask for a smaller size. I am grateful for our tumble dryer.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for the confidence others have in my abilities. I am grateful for the picture I was sent today which made me smile. I am grateful to my husband for all of the household chores he did today. I am grateful that my colleague's surgery went well and she is recovering.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to have gotten the promotion...that's 2 in less than a year...334 days of sobriety...coincidence???? 🤔 I am grateful it's the weekend. I am grateful for the support I have around me.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for the company of our kitty cat today whilst my husband was working. I am grateful for food shopping home deliveries. I am grateful for a clean and tidy home. I am grateful that I have plans for tomorrow. I am grateful it has been a cool ❄ day.
