Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I made the decision to give myself what I needed today which was rest. I am grateful that I've been able to eat lots of fruit and vegetables today. I am grateful to my husband for bringing me home cold and flu tablets.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for cold and flu tablets. I am grateful to my husband for cooking a delicious dinner. I am grateful that I have been able to book Friday off work making it a 4 day weekend because of the Bank Holiday Monday.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that the magical gift is still here. I am grateful tomorrow is my last day before enjoying 4 days off work. I am grateful for fresh mango drizzled with lime. I am grateful for supermarket opening times.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for an extremely lazy day, catching up on some much needed rest and sleep. I am grateful to my husband for going out to get the things we needed. I am grateful for clean teeth.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that I was able to get my nails done. I am grateful for the time to rest and recover. I am grateful for our gift. I am grateful for the past year and all it has brought with it. I am grateful for the people (and cat) I have in my life 💕

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to my husband for bringing me home a food I was craving (not able to stomach much atm). I am grateful that I was able to get done all the things on my to do list today. I am grateful for fans. I am grateful for the afternoon nap I was able to take.

Today I am grateful for my year of sobriety 💜 I am grateful for my sister's joyful response to the news that we are both expecting our first child. I am grateful to my husband for going out to buy all the ginger food items he could find to help with my pregnancy related nausea. I am grateful for all of the messages I have received from SR members. I am grateful for the card and gift I received from my sobriety mentor today.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for the tiny human I have growing inside me. I am grateful for the support and advice from my sister. I am grateful to my husband for all of his hard work today. I am grateful for the kitty kat snuggled against me in bed.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful to my husband for looking after me whilst I struggle with nausea 24/7 atm. I am grateful to people for taking the time to send/hand deliver cards and gifts ready for my birthday tomorrow. I am grateful to be home in bed after struggling through the day at work.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for my birthday cards, gifts and messages. I am grateful that the nausea was less than in previous days. I am grateful that it's nearly the weekend. I am grateful to my husband for getting things done. I am grateful that my friend and her new born baby have finally been able to go home today.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am so very grateful that it's the weekend which means no more having to struggle through the day at work feeling sick for a couple of days. I am grateful for the audio book I've been listening to this evening. I am grateful to have our kitty kat sleeping on the bed next to me.
