Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that I was able to do my first 'run' in a long time now that my fitness has improved 👟
2. I am grateful that I am ready and organised for my first day back at work tomorrow after my annual leave and that I am not feeling anxious 💼
3. I am grateful that I lost another 2 lbs and 2.5 inches this week 🎉
4. I am grateful that my headache is starting to subside 💊
5. I am grateful that I am feeling positive and upbeat ☺

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that I returned to work with no drama's having occurred with any of my cases 🎉🎉🎉
2. I am grateful that I had a productive day ✔✔✔
3. I am grateful for my clean and tidy home 🏡
4. I am grateful for all the resources and materials that have supported me to thrive in sobriety...and to thrive in all areas of my life 💜
5. I am grateful for the leftovers of a healthy home-cooked meal I had in the freezer which made dinner super quick and easy 🍜
1. I am grateful that I returned to work with no drama's having occurred with any of my cases 🎉🎉🎉

3. I am grateful for my clean and tidy home 🏡

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that a colleague helped me reflect to on how I am working with a particular client...6 months on the case meant I had become stuck...and my colleague artfully challenged the approach I have been using...which has clearly not been working 💡
2. I am grateful that I was able to summon the motivation to go on my second run this week after work 👟
3. I am grateful that again I had a productive day ✔ ✔ ✔
4. I am grateful that I unexpectedly bumped in to a dear friend and mentor today 👭
5. I am grateful for the words of encouragement I received from my fitness coach on my progress 👍

1. I am grateful for the time I spent catching up with an old friend 👭
2. I am grateful that I was able to give food to a family who didn't have any 🍲
3. I am grateful for the positive telephone conversation I had with my parents 👫
4. I am grateful that tomorrow is Friday 🎉 🎉 🎉
5. I am grateful that I was able to get to work early so I could finish early, allowing me to complete an important personal task ✔

1. I am grateful for the beautiful scenery I took notice of whilst driving 🌄
2. I am grateful that I got to my destination on time and without getting lost 🚗
3. I am already grateful for tomorrow's sleep-in 😴
4. I am grateful for yet another sober start to the weekend 💜
5. I am grateful for the relaxing cup of Camomile tea I had today 🌼

1. I am grateful that I can 100% rely on my fiancé when I am in need of help 😙
2. I am grateful that I was able to spend most of today bulk cooking healthy meals to keep in the freezer...making life easier after work 🍜🍲
3. I am grateful for the birdsong I heard throughout the day as it makes me smile 🐦🎶
4. I am grateful for the purchases I was able to make today 💷

4. I am grateful that as it's the school holidays there is less traffic on the way to and from work 🚗
5. I am grateful for the focus and determination I have at present to take care of myself...long may it continue 💖
