Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful for the time I had today to relax 🕛
2. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to journal and write an affirmation for a difficulty I am working on resolving 📖
3. I am grateful for the time my fiancé and I spent cooking together 🍅🍄🍆
4. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to sleep in this morning 😪
5. I am grateful that my life continues to improve everyday through my sobriety and positive choices 💜

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that I was able to drive this morning and deliver a birthday card, because a few months ago that wouldn't have been possible because I would have been drinking on a Saturday 🎁🎈
2. I am grateful that I took a run in a different park and got enjoy some new scenery 🌳🌺🌲🌷
3. I am grateful that I spent some time today working on an assignment...even though I really didn't want to 📑
4. I am grateful that the affirmation I created yesterday has already started to make a difference 😊
5. I am grateful that I was able to watch some episodes of a Netflix series I am enjoying at the moment 💻

1. I am grateful for the smell and feel of a freshly changed bed 👃🍃🌹
2. I am grateful that my fiancé shared with me all the positive changes that he has noticed in me over the last few months 💖
3. I am grateful for the positive and rewarding feedback a young person I have been working with gave me today ☺
4. I am grateful that the sun was shining when I woke up today 🌞
5. I am grateful for the duck and drake woddling along a pathway today that made me smile 🐤🐥

2. I am grateful for the positive meeting I had today 📉
3. I am grateful for the teaching I received from my personal development audiobook 🎧
4. I am grateful that I am able to set my alarm for an hour later tomorrow ⏰
5. I am grateful to come home to a clean and tidy house 🏡

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that after a negative interaction with my parents I devised an assertiveness strategy to use should the same situation occur again...previously I would have dwelled on my anger and used food and/or alcohol to numb the difficult emotions...not anymore 👍
2. I am grateful that I was able to express to a colleague that I was having difficulty with her approach to a client we are co-working with...and I am grateful that she was respectful and gracious in acknowledging how I felt and that we were able to make progress...another 👍's up
3. I am grateful that that I was able to find a parking space 🚗🚗 🚗 🚗
4. I am grateful for my sister's support and reassurance 👭

1. I am grateful that my heavily pregnant colleague was okay after a car accident this morning 💜
2. I am grateful that I managed a run after work even though every second of it was a struggle 👟
3. I am grateful for the Chinese takeaway we treated ourselves to tonight 🍤🍚
4. I am grateful to be in bed relaxing before going to sleep...I feel exhausted 😥
5. I am grateful that a potentially difficult meeting with a child I am working with went well 👍

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that I have finished my assessment portfolio so I won't have to work on it over the weekend and will be submitting it next week 🎉🎉🎉
2. I am grateful that I was able to recognise and express to my fiancé that I had been unreasonable during a disagreement with him, and was then able to share with him the difficult experience from my past that was the reason for my illogical stand point. I am grateful that he showed me love and understanding 💖
3. I am grateful for the morning and night time affirmations I have created for myself to start and end the day in a positive frame of mind 💜
4. I am grateful that it is the weekend 😀😀😀
5. I am grateful that alcohol is no longer a part of my Friday night...or any night for that matter 👍👍👍

2. I am grateful that I was able to make plans for today, as in the past driving anywhere on the weekend was not an option because I would choose alcohol instead 🚗

5. I am grateful for the information and advice my brother-in-law gave me today 💙

2. I am grateful that I was able to complete my run today when I felt I couldn't keep going 😥

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful for the opportunities I had today to try to make a difference in two young people's lives 💜
2. I am grateful that my fiancé and I discussed our wedding and shared out the tasks that need to be done 👰🎩
3. I am grateful that I was able to vent to colleagues about the challenges I was experiencing today 😠
4. I am grateful that I had a restful sleep last night that set me up for the busy day ahead 🌄
5. I am grateful that despite having a tough day I have been able to focus on the positives through completing this gratitude list ☺
