1. I am grateful that I was able to do my first 'run' in a long time now that my fitness has improved 👟
2. I am grateful that I am ready and organised for my first day back at work tomorrow after my annual leave and that I am not feeling anxious 💼
3. I am grateful that I lost another 2 lbs and 2.5 inches this week 🎉
