Grateful for my sober mornings.
Grateful to hear my alarm and no longer wake up at 2am with alcohol induced insomnia.

This morning, I am grateful for my mother. I'm lucky to still have her with me.
And I'm grateful for this little boy I saw on the news yesterday who gives out toys trying to make people smile. What a sweet child.

So grateful for a day off today after a very busy shift yesterday!
Grateful for the beautiful lightning show in the sky last evening and for the much needed rain that followed.
Grateful for my health and the ability to enjoy these beautiful river valley hikes. Looking forward to the one this evening!
