Grateful for serene, sober mornings.
Grateful that my stomach is listening to my wishes to get flatter.
Grateful for my family, love, compassion and a world full of possibilities.

Grateful for another day sober.

Grateful for the cardinals who have decided to make our neighborhood their hangout for the summer.

Grateful there are things that make me laugh when I don't feel like laughing.

Grateful to the forum mods.
Grateful for good colleagues.
Grateful that my future isn't a foregone conclusion anymore.

Grateful for seeing my neice today

I'm grateful for the good that physical therapy has done for me.

Gratefull for my Kids and nieces and nephews..

Grateful for a beautiful day today

Grateful to my partner for encouraging me to go jogging when it would have been all too easy to sit on the sofa and eat instead! :)

Grateful that, when I left work yesterday, my thoughts were of the sunset on the escarpment and that at almost 5.30 it was still light. How much more uplifitng than pre-sobriety late-afternoon thoughts.

After jogging in torrential rain (and, no, it wasn't when we started!) grateful for towels and dry clothes :)

Always Grateful to wake up another day Sober . Also I have a little frail looking Woodpecker that has a crippled leg he can't use . Every morning early he will come to my suet ( wire ball ) to eat , I think it's easier for him to grab onto with his one leg .
Poor little guy has been making it through some rough rain and wind storms . His feathers look like they can use a good preening . Has to be hard work, but he seems pretty Strong :)

Grateful that Lumpy has joined us over at the overs club.

Grateful that our power only went out for a couple of hours yesterday. I couldn't have lasted much longer without any AC.

Grateful for another day sober.
