I'm grateful to be starting my 11th consecutive week, and I'm so grateful to have found SR... I couldn't have come this far without all of you.

Grateful to have a several month disconnect between myself and a lifelong friend worked through and resolved. It took us that long to get to the crux but we did it and I am feeling light, easy and grateful for it.

Grateful for green smoothies! My new favorite passion since I discovered them shortly after moving. Now I no longer feel like putting anything unhealthy into my body!
Grateful my RAD and I had a good talk yesterday afternoon when she asked to stay over at my place. She's struggling right now but I'm learning to let go; all I can really do is love her, set up healthy boundaries, live my own life the best way I can to be healthy emotionally & physically.
Grateful my son was able to get a full time job in town finally since he graduated a while back from college. Economy has slowed down quite a bit here; so grateful he didn't have to move to a different city for work.

Grateful to be able to watch the morning storm roll in with sober eyes.
Grateful to be able to make the most of a too early wake up.
Grateful that my shoulder is healing (as is my mind and the rest of my body).

Grateful for the 1st delicious ripe tomato from my very small "garden" on my deck which I ate yesterday afternoon.
Grateful for this very quiet, uneventful(so far) night shift which is almost over.

Good morning all. I'm grateful to be here, alive, awake and sober.
I'm grateful for coffee and a yummy sweet roll for breakfast. I usually stick to eggs, but today I wanted a little something sweet. :-)
