I am grateful to have a roof over my head and protected from the cold, wind and rain. I am greatful to be washed and have clean clothes. I am grateful to be safe and know there is a safety net. I am greatful for purpose. I am greatful for mobility, to speak English, to be educated, to be curious, to not need care, to have prospects, for dignity, and friendship......

I am grateful i havent drank for four years.
I have improved my dental habits
I have lost 3.5 stone in a year and a half.
I am sticking up for myself more.
Aa is always there.
I swim regularly.
I will carry on walking with Luke.
I am weening off pain medication.
The sun is shining outside.
Sandals :P
I am able to work from home.
I have good mobility.
Keeping a diary.
I can draw.

I am grateful i dont have to interact with my brother when he is in a toxic mood, i can excuse myself and get on with my day! I am sorry he doesnt like his life.
I can laugh at the way he acts out! I dont let trivialities get me down.

I am grateful for internet shopping which makes buying clothing and shoes for tall people much easier!!!
For napping when feeling down.
For musicians earplugs
For cutting sugar out of my diet
For the self knowledge and experience gained from a year out of work. Never again.
