Morning Gratitude - Part 36
Good Morning,
I'm grateful to wake up not in withdrawals. Sooo grateful.
I'm grateful for reiki, it has been instrumental in my recovery.
I'm grateful for coffee.
I'm grateful to live in Canada this morning.

I'm grateful to live in Canada this morning.
I'm grateful that I've finally found the right medication to help with social anxiety (beta-blockers as I don't have to take them every day) and I'm also grateful for a friend who's just agreed a few minutes ago to spend time with me doing mock job interviews, which should make getting another office job far easier than it is right now.
I'm also grateful for orgasms. Well, they are nice aren't they.

Gratitude Today
Good Morning!
Grateful that I too woke up without being desperate for a drink
Grateful that my non-narcotic meds are so far helping my PN
Grateful for so many of these posts...just like meetings, I have never read a bad post. All input is helpful in their own way.
Grateful for the many posts with humor to begin the day....enuf said! ha!
Grateful for the HOPE that provides a sense of peace when worries try to bring down my Serenity..
Grateful for my Higher Power that very often leads in the right direction handling family matters..when I am concerned, upset, just plain mad too
Grateful that I have no apologies to make things right today (so far, it's early)
Grateful that I am still working on the Friends screen who loops forever

Grateful I have a job that let's me travel.
Grateful for a weather app to tell me where I am going is 50 degrees colder than where I live.... And that I bought a coat I only use three times a year. Lol
Grateful for my sense of humor and for recovery allowing me not to make myself so seriously.

Grateful for no boring boards Rusty. Lol
Grateful my morning meeting was canceled. Can leave a half hour later.
Grateful the sun broke through the clouds.
Grateful my dark cloud left when I got sober some 20 + months ago. (Sounds like no time at all....so how did all these changss happen in that short time? Lol)
Grateful for learning to trust, embrace and appreciate.
