That a lifelong friend who helped me out today has greatly cut back on his drinking since I last saw him. He is coming out of the fog.

A sister who talked me down from fhe ledge of panic.

That the sense of impending doom I was having has lifted.

The feeling that people care for me.

the privilege of reading from Touchstones at yesterday's HUGE Sunday group
my friends in the program asking for prayers (we need to be able to ASK!)
a Relaxing restful day yesterday..

Today I am grateful for sleeping in, but not sleeping away the entire day.
Also grateful for iced coffee and the nice home cooked dinner my mom is currently making.

Hope and faith

My daughter is in a very stable recovery program and I got to see her last week. She has been there for three months and she looks and acts normal for the first time in so long. The damage I thought was permanent is not permanent. The healing has been mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. The change is miraculous. The fact she is alive is miraculous...her HP was and is in control of everything, even when she was so out of control....I am very grateful for that.

Today I am grateful for the job interview I just landed. Hoping it will go well so I can be working again.
Also grateful for music and how it's been helping me through this hard time.
