Even though I am sick with the flu I am grateful that I am not sick with the flu and a hangover!!! I feel good knowing that I will feel better faster without the booze

Grateful for waking up almost pain free after being in extreme pain for a week due to sprained neck and shoulder.

Also grateful for 30 days sober today. My recovery has been a piece of cake so far and I am so happy! No depression, anxiety or loss of appetite. No cravings or urges whatsoever! I owe all the credit to God who gives me the strength to do all things through Him.
