Grateful that today when I wanted to bag all my tasks and responsibilites because I didn't "feel" like it (one of my classic drinking behaviors) I remembered my signature on SR and figured I was a big phony if I didn't follow it so I got up, dressed up, showed up and shut up. (Added the last one).
