Today I am grateful for:
Waking up, feeling well and looking well.
My workfriend returning to work after her first holiday in 4 years. her husband is a recovering alcoholic who hasn't had a drink for those 4 years, she was worried about him being tempted on holiday. He wasn't, the holiday was just what they both needed and she has returned to work relaxed and happy. Today, I am truly grateful for that.
I am grateful to Rusty Zipper and Instant for making me feel good by acknowledging my 30 days of sobriety. Woo hoo!

Today I am thankful for:
~ my 5 pet chickens who provide me with hours of entertainment (and fresh eggs!)
~ getting things done around the house with ease
~ getting closer to having our old house ready to put on the market
~ all the physical work I am having to do at our old house which is building muscles!
~ delicious breakfasts and the appetite to consume them!

Today I am greatful for: My God, he has blessed me in so many ways! My family and my children whom are so supportive of my recovery. I am greatful to have stumbled onto this site, I think this place could be a very important outlet for me. I am greatful for the cool weather here in Ohio, and I am greatful to be sober.

The hot water boiler in the office kitchen being fixed so I can make myself a cup of tea.

Today I am grateful for...
Having all that I need and some of what I want.
Definite plans to spend time with my family this weekend.
That my dog let me sleep in this morning.
My morning boot camp workout buddy.
Dr. Oz (For teaching me how to take better care of myself.)
