LDT: have a wonderful birthday party. It all sounds so lovely!

Fandy: Thank you. I know what you mean about working on traits now that alcohol is gone. Its tough work I am finding but just like quitting alcohol I know it will be worth it. Besides there is no other way. Lol

Grateful my dog looks simply smashing, and he knows it too! Grateful for Petsmart!

Grateful my sister is giving me her bike she doesent want. A really nice hybrid and I've wanted one for years! Plus its a ladies bike which I prefer. Plus it is purple! Great condition. And FREE! ; )

Grateful this has made me clean out the porch where I will be keeping it for now.

Grateful for one more day before going back to work.
Grateful for dark roast K cups I bought yesterday!

EQ the bike is going to help you feel even better.
And lookingat a clean porch is also helpful.
I'm grateful to make progress too. This is my year to pay attention to myself.

Feeling very aggravated about work this morning so I think I will allow myself to think about being grateful that I have a job with good benefits.

Grateful that I actually feel grateful again. It has been a long time. I love coming here. The gratitude list is a wonderful excercise. That's right every morning I excercise my gratitude muscles. They are getting stronger every day. I feel happiness and love today.

Grateful that I made it through the weekend sober.

Had a meltdown yesterday and was so very close to picking up a drink after nearly 8 months sober.

So very grateful for the love and support of those who listened to me and pulled me back from the brink.

Grateful for a short day at work today
Just focusing on getting through this week, long 3 day holiday weekend.
Grateful for another day closer to spring
Grateful to explore different options with my career too.
Perhaps taking a different road while maximising the state pension.
Grateful to broaden my visions and thoughts about it.
