Today I am grateful to be able to log on at lunchtime and touch base when I needed to

the ability to laugh without alcohol.

Grateful for old friends and a beautiful hike together:)

Today I am Grateful For

• The opportunity to tidy up around the yard
• The great weather for this mornings walk
• That I could listen to Billie Holliday when the house was quiet
• The plants that are starting to show signs of growth
• My warm black jumper

A two day visit to see my grandchildren who live 180 miles north. Yesterday I visited good friends 100 miles west riding my Harley on a beautiful day.

• A great bike ride in the cool clear weather
• That I live in great location
• That I have the energy and motivation to re-arrange my study
• That I live and breath

• Prawn left overs for lunch
• My understanding colleagues
• That I have work and get paid well

Today I am grateful to make 15 months of sobreity- never in my wildest dreams did I think this would happen but it has- Thank you everyone on the Grats lists

I'm truly gateful for my home, my jobs, my sponsor & recovery network, my positive attitude, and the actions that I'm taking now which I never took before. The last two are just products of my recovery, but have made all the difference in mine and other's well being. Oh, and my music.
