Awesome, Scot!! And thank you so much for all you've shared on your journey. Definitely inspirational, as others have said.

Grateful I gritted my teeth and clenched my fists (figuratively), and made it through a really tough morning without losing it in front of the people I was dealing with. Of course, I'm exhausted tonight, but I can take it easy, so I am...

Also grateful I know I CAN take it easy, that I don't have to do anything right this minute, that I did a lot today, and I deserve a break, dagnabit!

Grateful a 'Blood-drive' bus came to the place where I was working today. Challenged me to fulfill a 'To Do' list item which I had put off for a long time... It wasn't all that bad & I got a T-shirt.

Grateful that today when I was irritable and having an aggravating work day, I never once thought of drinking to solve it. Woo~hoo!!! I can hardly believe it!

EXM, please hang in there. You have so much to handle and I have been very impressed by your journey since you first joined. Your addiction knows youre getting stronger and so is ratching it up. You can do this!

Grateful to be back on SR this new Day One. I'm grateful to feel quiet and cool as it starts to get dark.

I'm grateful that I will make it to Day Two sober.
