Shock's Gratitude List
I'm grateful my dog Zero (he chose the name change from Oscar, not me) is smart enough and even tempered to be my service dog. I'm grateful I now can go out to the beach to read my homework, to the shopping mall just to see the new things in the stores, and college now thanks to the little guy.
Most important, I'm grateful that in sobriety I was able to take care of a friend who had two hours of absence seizures late at night in his parked van.

I'm grateful for the birthday dinner tomorrow. I'm going to see some people who were so influential to my early recovery that I haven't seen in years. I'm so excited!
The Dodgers signed my two favorite players, Closing Pitcher Kenley Jansen and Justin Turner. Both had offers from other teams for more money but prefered to play for the Dodgers.
