Grateful for early day running around
Grateful to have bills in the mail
Grateful I don't have to figure out what I can't afford to pay so I will have $ for drugs.

Grateful to see how Dora is changing for the better since she came here.
She enjoys her life now and it's apparent that she's happy. She loves to roll in the grass and act silly. A month ago you couldn't get near her and now she loves sleeping on the bed with us. She's not nearly so skinny now either. I am so grateful we took her and can give her the good life she deserves.

good morning RZ, pass the coffee pot and hold the sugar....we are sweet enough.
grateful it is Friday and I am somewhat organized these sober mornings. grateful to get chores done early and enjoy my day.
so grateful to have a job that pays me well and keeps me grounded...if i feel useful and people depend on me, i do not want to disappoint...i should give that kind of attention to myself one day.

Grateful for a full night's sleep in cool temps; the heat wave has broken, Thank God.
Grateful for fun plans today with my dear friend.
Grateful for my little dog's love and his wonderful behavior with children. It makes my heart swell to see him happy.
Grateful I am accomplish everything with calm persistence.
Grateful I rolled with it yesterday and still got my run in, I took care of myself and everything else took care of itself.

Good morning everyone
Ahem ... why is it that on the one morning I can sleep in (until noon, if I like!) I wake up at 4:03???? and can't go back to sleep?????
Ah well ... I'm grateful that it really doesn't matter - I have a great cup of coffee, a roof over my head, a sweet dog at my side. What's a little sleep deprivation
Grateful also for my incredible neighbors who are there to help whenever I need it. They are truly kind, giving people.
Grateful for the rain - we need it. Grateful for friends who make me laugh.
Grateful for the GP! Happy Saturday to you all!

Grateful for my little houseguest singing for his cheerios and the sun's not even all the way up.
Grateful my sis called me last night to say she prayed to God to help her with her divorce and she woke up the next morning to find her fear....GONE. She said she's not afraid any more and she is sure it's a miracle.

nothing like a clean kitchen when we come home from work, anew!
Sneezy I "slept in" until 5:46AM, then I could not fall back asleep either...that's OK, I will sleep well tonight.
grateful for a warm, sunny sober saturday.....it's still a big improvement over the past.
grateful I am still determined to stick to my weightloss and self-improvement of health. it feels good to take care of myself and care.

I have a ? for all of ya can you see the leopard in my Avatar? Least says all it comes out on hers is two shiny dots? I see it all just fine so wanted to know thanks.
Grateful for getting my laundry done at the laundromat man its such a chore cause I wait so long but most of it is dragging it up & down 3 flights of stairs,so I am extra grateful I am still agile enough to do it lol
Saturday's word is saprostomous (having foul breath)

I see the leopard just fine now but swear I couldn't see it before... I'm old - that's my excuse...
Today I'm grateful for this excellent tho inexpensive steak I made. I rarely cook and this is easy and good. Grateful too to have three dogs to lick the plate after I'm done. Don't get any food scraps in the dish pan that way.
