Grateful for Sneez's avi pix. Some day I will have a little dude man pug of my very own.
Grateful for enough milk for our coffee this morning, since the store doesn't open for another hour!
Grateful for the chance to plot out getting house and garden and cooking prepped for houseguests later this week, and the promise that it will be a little cooler.
Grateful for the space to write and move my business forward today. Won't happen by magic and luck, only by my doing it.

very nice frances!
grateful to be off from work today and enjoying the day...it will be 94 and sunny hot later and then rain is predicted....that's OK with me...I am grateful to have an extra day to de-compress and relax.
I'm grateful that Mr. Fandy no longer has that intense depressive effect on my feelings and brain....i can't feel 100% yet, but it gets closer to pity and further away from WHY? every week....baby steps....

Grateful for a nice weekend with my little family. Grateful that I have a good job to go to, and coworkers that I love. Grateful for a new top to wear (yes, you have to spoil yourself sometimes), but even more grateful it was a great thrift store find

I am so very grateful to my BFF across the street who dragged me to WW with her....it has made a huge difference for me mentally, because I feel I am consistently making progress....I'm down 9.8 lbs. since June 29.
I couldn't feel happier and more motivated to get out and live Rule #63 today...along with 32 and 62!
they say God works in mysterious ways, or in my case weighs......

Grateful to feel good this morning.
Grateful my younger sis called last night and that she sounded grounded and upbeat
Grateful her pastor *just* bought a rental house and that she's going to see it today. How's that for Providence? Crossing paws & fingers that it's a place she can move to with her girls soon soon soon. This or something better.
Grateful I'm learning to feel my feelings but not other peoples' feelings.

I am grateful to be alive today, working on my 5th day of sobriety.
I am grateful for my family.
I am grateful that I have found this website, a great big family of really nice people not trying to push their agenda on anyone.
I am grateful that much of the fog has lifted from my head this am, despite the fact that I got about 2 hrs of sleep.
