I am so glad the weatherman was wrong! the sun is coming out....and it just might dry up the ground. grateful to be up drinking coffee, breakfast and Hey RZ!!!! No hurling,lol.

grateful to never forget how good it is sober and how bad it was in 2009...i thought I was sneaky drunk but now i think i was only deceiving myself most of all.

very grateful for a sober sunday and continued positive energy...(i think). i feel good both physically and mentally and there is no anxiety...except for getting dressed up for church...and everything fitting properly.

grateful to keep on eating right and exercising...ODAAT for that too!....it comes off as it came on...one ounce at a time..(or OOAAT).

ditto for me Sneeze...grateful to remember to text the magic word to my brother...MUFFLER (he is arranging car repair for me with his magic contacts so i have no worries)

I'm very grateful to notice little things and my brain remembers details since it is not marinating in wine or vodka or bourbon....

I'm glad I remembered my dear friend IRL's birthday yesterday....he was thrilled with the pastries and card...he's been so sick this year and lost a ton of weight...he can eat some pastry treats.

grateful for still having 12 hours of daylight and the warm weather we're getting today.
